South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce Veterans Services

The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW) provides priority employment services to veterans at SC Works centers statewide through Local Veterans’ Employment Representatives (LVER) and Disabled Veterans’ Outreach Program (DVOP) specialists. Services include career coaching, job referrals, resume help, workshops, training referrals, and Operation Palmetto Employment partnerships. Veterans access services in-person at SC Works centers or via the Veterans Portal.
