Description
Lowcountry Veterans Home provides transitional housing for homeless US military veterans in Charleston, SC through a partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs. It serves about 60 veterans annually in a drug- and alcohol-free environment with daily meals, transportation, wrap-around support, educational and employment resources, and community volunteers to secure permanent housing.
