Seeking licensed veterinary technician (LVT) with positive attitude and willing to be a team player at a small animal veterinary practice serving dogs and cats. As a LVT responsibilities will include: communication with clients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, obtaining diagnostic samples, restraining patients, performing radiographs, administering vaccinations and other medications, placing intravenous catheters, prepping patients for surgery, recovering patients from surgery, cleaning surgical instruments and equipment, performing prophylactic dental exams and cleanings, unpacking and stocking medical supplies, and helping clean and maintain facility.
