SRS, LLC is looking for a Telephonic Intake Coordinator to assist with performing intakes, scheduling appointments and offering administrative support.

Responsibilities and Requirements for this position include:

  • Perform telephonic intakes 
  • Educate caller on regulations and requirements for return to duty
  • Facilitate program enrollment
  • Support scheduling team
  • Assist with scheduling appointments
  • Completing appointment paperwork
  • Record enrollment information
  • Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations
  • Previous experience preferably in substance abuse or a related behavioral health field
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Compassionate with teamwork attitude
  • Minimum AA degree in related healthcare field is preferred
