What you will do:

  • Use a data driven approach to draw out business insights on sales key performance indicators and operation metrics. Deliver insights and recommendations to Sales Operations leadership for areas to improve Icertis sales efficiency
  • Serve as a sales data, metrics, and analytics subject matter expert
  • Create a repeatable reporting process
  • Develop and monitor reports and dashboards and create ad hoc reports to help answer business questions
  • Identify opportunities for automation of existing processes
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support various business partners
  • Support Sales Operations Leadership in a variety of analytical and process related tasks
  • Collaborate with teams cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Work with leadership to ensure programs and sales process align with our priorities and outcomes
  • Support annual sales planning process and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, and territory development

 

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience working in an analytical operations role
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Highly detail oriented and organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.com
  • Able to learn quickly
  • High energy and positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Perform well in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment; able to execute whatever is thrown at you
