We have property maintenance positions available now. The job involves driving to the properties on the north, west and south sides of the City of Chicago; as well as Evanston and Oak Park assessing maintenance issues, performing repairs, painting and cleaning. Must communicate/coordinate with property managers and tenants. We ask that you be self motivated, skilled in minor plumbing and electric, some HVAC, not afraid to learn to do new tasks. Must have own tools and vehicle. Pay hourly to begin – $16-$20 per hour based on proficiency with a 90 day probation period. Please submit a resume.
