The successful candidate will manage projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project plans/ summaries. Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Develop project plans and track project performance to monitor progress, and specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Work with Executive Sponsors to manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Checks progress regularly against the plan and makes adjustments to optimize execution
- Formulates status reports and presents to manager and team
- Balances scope, schedule and budget considerations to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of Project Management techniques and approaches including familiarity with vocabulary and can determine the level of Project Management process to apply in most projects. Adept at using project management tools in applications including scheduling and staffing plans.
- Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 2-4 years experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of advanced concepts with project management approaches, tools and methodologies
- Proven record of completing projects on time and under budget with high customer satisfaction
- Excellent at managing client relationships and problem resolution
- Ability to adapt to new information and change approach to resolve problems
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Ability to see cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans and execution.
- Highly experienced in Excel
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
- Previous experience working with Oracle preferred
- Bachelor’s degree helpful
