We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, energetic person who loves interacting with people and motivating them to be their best possible selves to join our team as our Ninja Event Team Manager and deliver unforgettable ninja events to hosts and participants.

The Ninja Event Team Manager will:

  • Oversee smooth operations of Ninja Anywhere’s events (approximately 100 events annually)

  • Recruiting and hiring event staff, including creating hiring strategy and calendar

  • Formalize and oversee staff onboarding and training

  • Standardize, train, and enforce event team roles

  • Formalize and oversee recurring safety procedures and equipment maintenance

  • Oversee scheduling process and manage staff schedules to cover events

  • Drive event delivery consistency and solidify best-in-class processes across all events and teams

  • Create documentation of formalized processes

  • Develop team members into future leaders and oversee annual performance assessment process

While we grow, we will also look for our manager to lead ninja events, but ultimately hire event leads that the Manager will oversee. A successful applicant will have manager experience first and foremost with gym or other athletic experience as a plus. We are willing to traing the fitness/ninja side of this if we find an applicant with significant managerial or operations leader experience.

Event lead duties will include:

  • Driving a pickup truck / 70’ rig to our customers’ designated location

  • Obstacle course set up, oversight and management of the obstacle course event, and obstacle course tear down.

  • Overseeing a small team of college or high school students to support event delivery

  • Interaction with event participants including providing instructions, encouragement, and motivation while completing the ninja obstacle course

  • Interaction with hosting customers to confirm logistics, ensure customer satisfaction for event delivery, respond to any day of concerns or issues, etc.

  • Must be comfortable with leading and directing large groups of people (especially kids!)

  • Innovative ideas to improve events will be appreciated and rewarded

  • Must have a valid US driver’s license. Successful applicants will be required to go through a background check process and obtain CPR certification as part of onboarding.

This position is full time with moderate local travel required and some out of state-travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
