We are growing! We are looking for individuals with previous experience directing and guiding staff. If you have previous food experience that is even better! Due to new business we are looking for a first shift lead and 2nd shift lead. Positions range from $20 to $30 per hour with the opportunity for over-time.
Responsibilities /Qualifications, include but are not limited to:
- Leading a team working on a production line to make quality products and meet deadlines
- Understanding production process, making products from raw materials
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Adheres to safety practices/procedures
- Able to stand, walk, for 10-hour shift
- Working in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks
