A Territory Manager at That 1 Painter both estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for generating leads, customer satisfaction, and projects they are assigned. The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the territory, maintaining consistent profitably, and fostering an excellent reputation within the That 1 Painter territory among its customers and partners.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach

Compensation Package

  • FORGIVABLE/UNFORGIVABLE DRAW: We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a forgivable draw of $4–5k to for the first 90 days, designed to support you during the initial phase of your employment. At the conclusion of 90 days, the draw will transition to an unforgivable status, meaning it will function as an advance on future commissions.
  • COMMISSION: 7-8% based on the gross profit margin of completed jobs. Gross profit is defined as: Sales – Cost of Direct Labor (painters) – Cost of Materials (paint & supplies)
  • PERFORMANCE BONUSES: Performance bonuses are awarded based on achieving specific performance markers that align with the business’s evolving needs and objectives. These markers are designed to incentivize excellence and will periodically adjust to reflect the goals of the company. Bonuses are disbursed quarterly, ensuring timely recognition of exceptional performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a full-time role as a W2 employee of the company and the hours will generally be from 8am–5pm Monday through Friday with the occasional need for evening or weekend work taking part in trade shows, networking events, and/or industry events.
