I have been tasked by a publicly traded, fortune 500 company, to seek a select group of leaders, entrepreneurs, and high achievers eager to jump-start their career with a fast-paced, stable, and growing company.

They are an established office ready to make an impact on the Houston community as well as across the great state of Texas. Experience not required, on the job training is provided by veterans for the right candidate. Candidates must be professional, communicate well, and care about people. Although they have various positions available, they are currently looking for motivated individuals who either have management experience, or an aptitude for leadership and a willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to integrate into their positive and professional culture. The Business Management aspect also includes customer service of benefit accounts, scheduling, and organizing of training. The leadership skills will be applied to training, team building, and mentoring of new candidates.

  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Hands on in overseeing day to day operations of a team
  • Implementation and monitoring of training systems
  • Involvement in recruitment processes
  • Involvement in weekly manager development meetings
  • Proper handling of paperwork and minor administrative duties
  • Contacting and engaging consumers from provided lead lists from clients, eventually progressing to developing new business and maintaining current relationships
  • Deliver top notch customer service at all times
  • Training program will include: Learning effective communication and the ability to influence others management strategy, problem solving and conflict management, and general operations.
