FULL TIME SKILLED and GENERAL LABOR ***NO VACCINE MANDATE***
This position requires a self motivated, organized person with good problem solving skills who is able to work with or without other crew members. Looking for experience in concrete/hardscape /masonry skills, water feature installs (paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor living areas, fire features, etc.)
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years experience – BUT we are willing to train the right people as well.
Individual must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and experience operating mini excavator, skid steer, loaders etc. CDL is a plus.
Must know/contain the following:
– knowledge of elevations and grade.
-speak & understand English
-be flexible on hours
-reliable transportation to and from work
We work year round
Medical, Dental, Eye Insurance after 60 days
We work at a fast pace-must be able to keep up!
We work Monday-Friday/some Saturdays . No Sunday work.
YOU MUST 2 YEARS OR MORE OF EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL CONSTRUCTION OR OTHER TRADE WORK.
Any additional skills can be noted in resume.( machinery experience-previous employment in the swimming pool field-electrical experience ETC…..
