Veterans 1st of Northeast Wisconsin

Veterans 1st of Northeast Wisconsin is a nonprofit agency providing a safe, supportive veteran Cottage Court community with affordable housing and wraparound services to help area veterans achieve self-sufficiency. The program offers 17 affordable homes and 4 transitional homes at under Fair Market Value rent, a Community Center, employment partnerships with Wisconsin Workforce Development, and health services through the VA Clinic, Vet Center, and other agencies. It serves veterans in need of affordable housing in Northeast Wisconsin, including those facing homelessness.
