The Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS), part of the U.S. Department of Labor, enables all veterans, service members, and military spouses to reach their full potential in the workplace through grants to organizations for employment and training services, the HIRE Vets Medallion Award recognizing veteran-hiring companies, career assistance via the Employment Navigator and Partnership Program (ENPP) at military installations, USERRA workplace rights enforcement, and resources on interstate licensing and spouse employment. It serves transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and formerly incarcerated veterans. Active duty service members and spouses access 1-on-1 career assistance through ENPP at select installations; employers receive hiring support; all access job resources, training, and rights information online.
