Description

VA Mental Health services offer comprehensive support for conditions including PTSD, military sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, anger, and readjustment to civilian life. Services include individual and group counseling, therapy, medication management, inpatient and outpatient care, residential programs, peer support, telemental health, and emergency care. They serve Veterans, transitioning service members, and families regardless of discharge status for some services. Veterans access care by calling 877-222-8387, visiting a VA medical center or Vet Center, contacting the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1), or using online apps and training.
