Patriots Landing is a residential program offered by the Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs (CT DVA) in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. It provides temporary, safe, and secure housing in five fully furnished single-family homes for Connecticut veterans, their spouses, and children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Each home includes three bedrooms, bedding, furniture, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. Supportive services help residents achieve their life goals.
