The Old Dominion University Veterans Business Outreach Center (ODUVBOC) provides entrepreneurial development services to veterans, transitioning service members, reservists, National Guard, and their families in Virginia and West Virginia who own or are considering starting a small business. Services include business counseling, mentoring, Boots to Business training, business plan preparation, start-up assessment, access to capital assistance, and partnerships with SBA, SBDC, and SCORE.
