The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation offers the Restaurant Manager SkillBridge Program, a 12-week intensive combining e-instruction and supervised work experience for transitioning service members and veterans. It prepares participants for Department of Labor registered apprenticeship or direct hire as restaurant managers, covering front/back of house, quality control, branding, and marketing.
