Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota offers Military & Veteran Services including supportive housing for veterans and military families in the Twin Cities metro area. Through the Veterans Housing Services program in collaboration with Minnesota Heading Home, they provide rent subsidies and case management to help veterans achieve stable housing and personal goals. They participate in the statewide Coordinated Entry System (CES) to connect adults, families, and veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk with safe housing and supportive services. Additional services through the CORE program include casework, caregiver support & respite, financial counseling, and behavioral health services. Partnerships with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs, Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans, and County Veterans Service Officers ensure veterans get the right support.
