LASP’s Veterans Advocacy Project provides free, trauma-informed civil legal aid for veterans in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Helps with VA benefits (initial applications, appeals, survivor’s benefits, overpayments), military discharge upgrades, and all other LASP civil legal aid service areas. Serves veterans regardless of length of service, component, or discharge status (including General, OTH, BCD, or Undesirable with qualifying criteria).
