Must be a self-starter and extremely detail-oriented. We are in high-end homes and businesses so you must present and conduct yourself in a professional manner. Cleaning, Stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restroom cleaning etc) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities, carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects ** Experience in residential and commercial is a BIG PLUS. You must have a valid Driver’s License, and be able to pass both a background and drug test.
