40 hours per week. Requires working on weekends for one – three hours. $15/hour
- Address phone calls promptly and with courtesy – within 3 rings.
- Transfer calls when applicable.
- Handle customer’s questions and request.
- Handle customer support tickets.
- Accepting the ticket.
- Researching the issue in question.
- Replying to customer.
- Note ticket and customer account of action(s) taken.
- Closing ticket once complete
- Answer support tickets once or twice a day each day we are not in the office.
- Log all incoming packages in the logbook.
- Distribute the incoming mail.
- Create pharmacology letters.
- Locate and send various requested certificates and/or transcripts, to customers.
- General office and clerical duties:
- Scanning, coping, and faxing documents.
- Mailing and shipping of parcels
- E-filing and data organization
- Assisting managers with administrative duties.
