Rollok is looking for an experienced inside sales professional that wants to join our dynamic organization and be the company’s voice and ears to our customers.   This position is responsible for managing current customer needs as well as developing new business by prospecting and following up with future customers through outbound calls, email, trade shows, and occasional customer site visits.  During these interactions the Account Manager will clearly communicate the Rollok difference, demonstrate the versatility of our solutions and their application, provide industry leading customer service, and assist the customer with the right solution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing and new customers as well as prospects to grow market share and increase sales volume of Rollok security shutters and doors. Provide product specifications, product applications, quotes, pricing, negotiations, and ongoing support via the telephone and electronic communications
  • Meet or exceed quote and sales goals
  • Prospect for potential customers using a strategic action plan based on opportunity using multiple resources available
  • Generate new leads through independent research and contact efforts
  • Utilize the organization’s CRM tool to manage customer relationships and workflows
  • Enter required sales data into the CRM system in a timely manner
  • Sell Rollok security shutters by clearly determining need, articulating the features and benefits of Rollok products, provide customer focused solutions and overcoming objections as well as providing customer supporting by responding to inbound calls or placing outbound calls
  • Provide industry leading customer service
  • Provide product literature, product specifications, installation instructions for all Rollok solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on company and industry trends
  • Become a subject matter expert regarding Rollok products and applications of the solutions offered.
  • Follow all internal procedures and process
  • Attend and present Rollok products at various trade shows


  • 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and work experience
  • Documented success in inside sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using various tools to prospect for new customers
  • Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently while prioritizing work based on information both qualitative and quantitative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Outgoing, solution minded individual who can work well independently and is self-motivated to succeed
  • Strong customer advocate that is driven by sales results
